All guest accommodations have been reserved at The Avalon Hotel & Bungalows in Palm Springs, California. Your room has been reserved for you Thursday - Sunday (April 4 - April 7). Kassady and Michael will reach out to you with further booking information. Additional discounted Room Block rates are available Tuesday, April 2 - Tuesday, April 9, for guests wishing to extend their stay. ​ We are so excited that the Avalon has been reserved exclusively for all wedding guests and look forward to celebrating with our closest family and friends! We kindly request that all guests honor our Avalon reservation and do not stay at alternative hotels or Airbnbs. Please reach out with any questions or concerns!

Pool Party: California Casual - Everyone is welcome to come in their swimwear! Welcome Party: Cocktail Attire - Ladies, please wear any length dress or jumpsuit. Please note, the event will be outdoors. - Gentlemen, please wear a suit jacket. Wedding Day: Black Tie Attire - All Black - Ladies, please wear a black, long dress, gown, or jumpsuit. Please note, all events will be outdoors with the ceremony and dinner on grass. - Gentlemen, please wear a black tuxedo or black suit. The $45 per day Resort Fee includes overnight valet parking.

As all events will be hosted at The Avalon Hotel & Bungalows, no transportation will be needed for the duration of our wedding weekend.
